Shipping policy

All attempts will be made to ship products within 1 business day of order placement.  Orders placed on Friday after 2PM will ship the following business day.  From time to time there will be inventory discrepancies in which we may not have a product our inventory shows, it may have been entered under the wrong attribute (planed versus rough sawn), or remaining items may not be up to our quality control standards.  In this case we will either contact the customer to find an alternate product, or refund your purchase.  While we are a large entity, we do get busy, and life does happen.  Just understand that we are working as hard as possible to get your order out quickly and efficiently.  If you have any concerns about your order don't hesitate to reach out and contact us.
